I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. My therapeutic approach, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, is effective in helping those who want to learn to manage anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I also have specialized training in working with individuals who struggle with trauma, addiction, and gambling.
